ice cream

Today is a hot day. In such a day, I wanna eat ice cream. Today, I went to ice cream shop with my family members. The shop is called Nishiyama's Farm. Yes! The shop has own farm! So all ice creams are made by milk that comes from cows in the farm. There were many kinds of ice cream, and it was hard to choose one. Finally, I chose Kuromame ice cream(Black soybean). It was soooo good☆ Not too sweet, but too delicious.

After we ate, we went to farm to see some cows. And there were baby cows! They were so cute! My mother asked farmer, "How old are they?" Then, he said, "They were borned about one week ago." I was surprised, because they were big! In human beings, people who were born one week ago can't stand up or eat meals by themselves. But cows can walk! This is a picture of baby cow. She is a cute cow, isn't it?

And when you order pulkogi(only beef), you can eat other food even if you don't order. And if you wanna more, you can! And it's free!!

Next, this is samgyopsal. It's poke. Put poke on hot iron, and eat them with vegetable and kochujan(it's like miso).

After finished eating samgyopsal, put rice on the same place, and make Chinese fried rice. It contains Korean nori(in Korean, kim). It's so delicious! I could eat even I had much food.

Then, I'll show you some food you can buy or eat at stand. First, this is kimpap. It's like Japanese sushi. After roll rice by nori(kim), put sesame oil and sesame
on nori.

And this is mandu. It's like Chinese steam meat dumpling. I bought meat taste and kimchi taste.

Next, this is tenjan chige, like miso soup, but it's hotter than Japanese one. When you order rice at restaurant, clerk brings this soup with rice. My most favorite Korean food is this one. Scoop the rice with spoon, and dunk it in the tenjan chige. It's soooo good!!!

Finally, this is remyon, cool noodle. After eating meat, people eat this. After you eat fat food, this noodle will reflesh you. But the noodle that I ate has lots of red pepper, so if you can't eat hot food, I don't recommend.

Do you wanna eat them? I do recommend to eat food of the country as much as you can when you visit any countries. Before I visited Korea, I liked Korean food. But now I like Korean food much better, and I knew new food! My family member, except my father, were surprised because I say, "I wanna go to Korea again! I wanna eat Korean food more! I wanna live in Korea!!!" It seems my mother and two sisters don't like Korean food, because it's hot...

I LOVE KOREA!!

Hi! How are you doing? I had a really great days in Korea! I LOVE KOREA!!! Well... What should I write about? Food? Places that I visited? Or, each day? hmm... it's difficult. Well, I'll write about things I was surprised or pleased, and write about food or places in abother day.

First, I could go to Korea by myself! I was very anxious about the flight and things after arriving at Korea. However, there was no difficult things. When I was waiting for my family at Incheon International Airport, one man talked to me. Before he talked to me, he talked with English speaker who was sitting in front of me in English. He said, "Hi, I'm Japanese..." So, I thought, he would talk to me in Japanese. BUT! He talked to me, "Annyonghaseyo! Chonun...(Hello, my name is...)" So, I said, "Sorry, I'm Japanese." He was very surprised... His talking was about fund-raising, but it semmed like fake. Then, my mother came up, so I could leave from there.

Second, at the first night, I went to Yakiniku(grilled meat) restaurant with my family. It was very delicious and cheap! You know, Korean food, like Kimchi, is hot, so I needed much water(but I like them!). And While I was eating, there was no water in the pot! I had to say in Korean... I remembered what I learnt in Korean class. And I said, "Chogiyo, mul cyuseyo!(Excuse me, water please!)" Then, a worker understood what I said and I could get water!!! I was very happy! After the day, I could order food in Korea with difficulties, but could get what I wanted, and pay money with listening to what the shop man said. However, it is very difficult to understand the amount of money. I think it's the same thing in English. I have had many classes and tests to listen to numbers. But I've never used in daily life. I hope the experience I had in Korea will help my future life.

I wanna write many many things. But if I wrote all of the things what I wanna write, this blog will filled with only this entry... So, I'll write about other things in another entry. In the last of today's entry, I wanna say... I love Korea, and I'll study Korean during the summer vacation and have test of Korean(like TOEIC or Eiken) in autumn!!!!!!!!
